CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
- Ms. Ho Hong Bao Tram has more than 12 years of startup experience in the education technology field. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Kyna English (www.KynaEnglish.com).
- A graduate in Economics from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom), she previously held professional positions at major organizations such as Venture Capitalist at CyberAgent Capital and IR at PV Drilling. She is a co-founder of Kyna.vn - an online English learning platform for adults that attracted more than 500,000 learners.
- In 2020, she founded Kyna English and expanded the brand across the region with a presence in 5 Southeast Asian countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Laos. As the founder of pioneering platform providing 1-on-1 English learning services, she led the organization to train more than 200,000 learners with over 10,000 experienced teachers, successfully holding more than 10 million classes at an average rate of 15,000 classes per day.
NGUYEN THANH MINH
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kyna English (www.KynaEnglish.com) with over 15 years of experience in the field of Education.
- He graduated with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ho Chi Minh City International University and is a co-founder of the Kyna ecosystem (Kyna.vn and Kyna for Kids). In his role as co-founder, he helped build Kyna.vn into one of the leading online skills-learning platforms in Vietnam.
- During his career, he was one of two Vietnamese representatives to compete in the final round of the Intel DST Asia Pacific Challenge 2012 in India and was honored as a Social Entrepreneur 2010 by CSIP. In addition, he is an ACC-level Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
NGUYEN TAN HIEU
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)
- Mr. Nguyen Tan Hieu is an innovative startup entrepreneur and a leading expert in education technology with more than 12 years of experience. He is currently the Co-founder - Corporate/Institutional Customer Director at Kyna Edtech Group (www.KynaEnglish.com).
- He has participated in consulting and implementing online human-resource development projects for more than 50 companies among the Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam, including VinGroup-Vinhomes-Vinpearl, Viettel Telecom, Mobifone, PetroVietnam, PV Power, FPT Software, Abbott VN, Saigon Newport, Trung Nguyen Coffee, Dat Xanh Group, Nestle Vietnam, Samsung MultiCampus, Hirdaramani Fashion Garment VN, Xanh SM, and hundreds of other corporate contracts.
NGUYEN LAN HUONG
CHIEF ACADEMIC OFFICER (CAO)
- Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong is the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) at Kyna English (www.KynaEnglish.com) with over 17 years of in-depth work in the field of Education. She holds a strong international academic background with a Master's degree in Learning Strategy from the University of Wellington (New Zealand) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from IPU (New Zealand). Before joining the Kyna English leadership team, she demonstrated her professional management ability through her role as Academic Director at leading Vietnamese educational organizations such as YOLA and VUS.
- In her role as CAO, she directly builds training standards and manages the academic system serving more than 150,000 learners across 5 Southeast Asian countries. She has led the professional team operating a network of more than 10,000 experienced teachers, successfully holding more than 10 million classes and ensuring consistent education quality across the entire system.
NGUYEN TRUONG
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
- With more than 18 years of dedication in the Information Technology industry, Mr. Nguyen Truong currently holds the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kyna English (www.KynaEnglish.com).
- He affirms his extensive expertise with a Master's degree in Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
- Leveraging practical management experience at major corporations such as BIDV, Viettel, and TMA Solutions, in his role as CTO he directly shapes the technical strategy and builds complex core infrastructure solutions, ensuring maximum stability for the online education platform.
